Alternative Fuels

The world needs transportation, a form of mobility for survival and development. Today, it has become a common sight to see various mechanisms and creations on transportation. But of course everything would not be made possible without energy or fuel. The world has long been dependent on oil for fuel and it has undeniably caused tremendous impact on our environment. But industrial advancements have found its way to discover alternative fuels to resolve this concern.

There are now various types of alternative source of fuels and green energy that can be utilized nowadays. However all have their own pros and cons and it is only applicable for us to make the right choice. Alternative fuel or energy should be environment friendly and sustainable at a reasonable price.

Examples of Alternative fuels are as follows:

Hydrogen- Today, hydrogen can be produced by breaking up natural gas and other such resources. The biggest source of hydrogen is water. However we still need to figure out a way to extract hydrogen from it. If it is made possible then the future of energy definitely looks promising for this option.

Ethanol/ Methanol- These are variants of alcohol that can be produced from natural gas or any carbon containing resources. They are much cheaper and have low environmental impact compare to fossil fuels. The only problem with it is its extraction of energy which can cause depletion of our natural resources.

Biodiesel- Biodiesel is an example of renewable energy which is generated by processing and extracting energy from various kinds of plants and vegetables. The supply of biodiesel can be unlimited however its production is costly due to its equipments and machinery. But still, this type of energy is advisable for environmental conservation.

Electricity- This is said to be the future of automobiles in the world and it is one of the major factors why innovations existed. It promises a bright future for the planet if generating electricity from renewable energy would be further developed and implemented. Today, electricity generation from waste materials is possible with the use of Biosphere Technology, a system breakthrough.

Whatever alternative fuel we use, just make sure we consider the sake of our environment.
