This is a water heater based manual system using 2 reactors, neither of which have power. Al heating is done by dedicated pre-heat tank. All tanks requiring electricity have their own dedicated circuit. Shutting the breakers before turning off the light assures that no power is left on at the end of the day. This is a built in default safety feature.
