Your Questions About Hydroelectric Power

Linda Your Questions About Hydroelectric Power

Linda asks…

What are some futuristic uses of hydroelectric power?

I know that we use it now for powering homes, factories, etc. And I know that we will probably use it even more in the future. But I am wondering if there are any cool, unique, and specific concept designs (things thats people have already thought of and I can find information on) i.e. a hydroelectric car or a hydroelectric house.

admin answers:

There has been some talk about designing turbines for underwater use, that are turned by ocean currents and tides. There are some pretty steady currents available, but there are some big hurdles involved too.

Jenny Your Questions About Hydroelectric Power

Jenny asks…

formula for the amount of energy produced through hydroelectric power per certain amount of water?

is there a formula for the amount of energy produced through hydroelectric power per certain amount of water? if so please let me know. thanks in advance.

admin answers:

The water flowing in the river possesses two type of energy: the kinetic energy due to flow of water and potential energy due to the height of water. In hydroelectric power plants or dams potential energy of water is utilized to generate electricity.

The formula for total power that can be generated from water in hydroelectric power plant due to its height is given by

P = rhg

Where: P is the total power that can be produced in watts

r- is the flow rate of water measured in cubic meters per second.

H- is called height of water measured in meters. It is also head of water. It is difference in height between the source of water (from where water is taken) and the water’s outflow (where the water is used to generate electricity, it is the place near the turbines).

G- is the gravity constant 9.81 m/second square

Chris Your Questions About Hydroelectric Power

Chris asks…

Why is hydroelectric power better than geothermal?

Hey I was wondering, Why is hydroelectric power better than geothermal? I’ve been hearing that it’s better of the two, but I need some resources.. Please help. Thanks

admin answers:

Consider the fact that most rivers have more water and hincforth more force then most geothermal wells.

Ken Your Questions About Hydroelectric Power

Ken asks…

Would Hydroelectric power be more efficient than any other power? what are your opinions?

I’m researchig Hydroelectric power (Power generated through Dams)
and i want to hear opinions from average people,
wether it would make a difference or not?
Is there any or many dangers about hydroelectric power?
What do you know about it??

admin answers:

Since hydroelectric power doesn’t add to the green house effect, it is certainly desirable but it can cause other types of environmental problems. As an example, there are problems with salmon getting up steam in the Pacific Northwest to spawn.

In building dams you create large lakes that can take useful land away by covering it with water.

The biggest problem is the lack of large sources of water at elevation that have not all ready been exploited.

Helen Your Questions About Hydroelectric Power

Helen asks…

Is hydroelectric power as green as is claimed?

Hydro is often described as a “clean energy” source. However, not all agree that it is so clean after all.

http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/national/british-columbia/when-green-isnt-green-enough/article1546590/

Do you agree or disagree that hydroelectric power is a clean form of energy?

admin answers:

It’s a lot cleaner than most of the things that produce Co2 like coal or oil.

Your Questions About Biodiesel Prices

Steven Your Questions About Biodiesel Prices

Steven asks…

biofuels……?

If you had an Ethanol (or biodiesel, or any other biofuels) gas station at any reasonable distance from where you live, would you be willing to use biofuels instead of common fossil fuels? Why?

Example of prices are:
Gas, $4.12
Ethanol (or another biofuel), $3.22

Thank guys

admin answers:

Yes yes yes anything but oil from our enemies. Everyone try and listen again. BIOFUELS ARE NOT RAISING FOOD PRICES BECAUSE CORN MAKES UP A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF THE COST OF FOOD. Most of the cost in food processing is labor, advertising, packaging and most importantly TRANSPORTATION{4.50 PER GALLON FOR DIESEL}. Why has the price of fruits and vegetables gone up along with everything else, are biofuels causing those foods to go up also? Ethanol is not perfect but it is part of the answer for reaching energy indepence. Yes it takes fuel to make ethanol and biodiesel. But how do think they get that 125 dollar per barrel oil in your gas tank. How much food is used to feed all the people it takes to produce all the oil that we use and how much steel does it take for those giant oil rigs? It has already been proven that it takes more water to produce a gallon of gasoline than a gallon of ethanol. One plus to ethanol you never hear about are the jobs that are being created with a robust ag industry and with biofuel industries. WE CAN PRODUCE ENOUGH FOOD AND FUEL FOR THE U.S. AND SOME OF THE WORLD. IT IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE TO PROVIDE CHEAP FOOD FOR THE PLANET.

Robert Your Questions About Biodiesel Prices

Robert asks…

Should Obama repeal Ethanol Fuel laws and tariffs?

Environmentalists promoted biofuels in the 1990s as a “green energy” alternative to oil and the agricultural lobby pushed hard for legislation to promote it. Recently, with strong government backing, production and use has increased many-fold. The biofuel boom is now removing crops and cropland from the food system and bidding up food prices dramatically.

In 2007, producers converted an estimated 80 million tons of grain into biofuels, including a quarter of the US corn crop. In 2008, grain for biofuels will pass the 100 million tons mark. Since less than a quarter ton of grain feeds one person for a year, biofuel production in 2008 will, in effect, remove the food for four hundred million people from the marketplace. Biofuel apologists argue that humans do not eat the corn used for ethanol production. But such arguments are misleading. The corn is used for many food purposes, especially feeding animals that people eat. And its cultivation displaces wheat and other important food crops.

Not all biofuels are equally efficient as energy converters. Brazil points out that its major biofuel – made from sugarcane – is much more efficient than corn ethanol made in the United States. And Indonesia promotes its palm oil biodiesel as efficient also. None can deny that corn ethanol, protected by a steep US tariff, is the least efficient in this product line. But all biofuels suffer from similar environmental and humanitarian problems. Brazilian and Indonesian biofuel plantations have been established by clearing rainforests and planting in fragile soils and ecosystems.

As new and definitive reports set out the ills of biofuels, most analysts have concluded that crop-based biofuels (using corn, oilseed and sugar cane) are unsustainable drivers of the food crisis. Even “second-generation” biofuels (using agricultural wastes, switchgrass, jatropha and wood chips) now appear to have serious problems.

The Bush administration in Washington has brushed off critics, saying that biofuels only contributed 3% to recent grain price hikes. But in April 2008, a Word Bank assessment concluded that biofuels are “the major cause of the increase in food prices,” responsible for more than 50% of the overall price increases. The Bank suppressed the report, apparently for fear of angering the Bush administration, but the Guardian newspaper eventually leaked it in July 2008.

Biofuels are now heavily subsidized – about $1.50 per gallon in the United States according to some estimates – and they are mandated by law as a percentage blend in gasoline and diesel fuel – in the US as well as the EU. The mandates call for further regular increases in the percentage blend. Current US legislation requires a five-fold increase by 2022. But the policy momentum may be slowing. The UK government released the Gallagher Report in July 2008, a study that proposed a reduction in blend targets, because of serious questions about biofuel impact on food prices and environmental sustainability. The European parliament has also called for a downward revision of targets.

A number of other studies have shown that biofuel production is contributing to soil erosion and serious depletion of water resources. Ironically, biofuel production requires a great deal of petroleum – nearly as much as it replaces in the case of corn ethanol. So it fails to solve the problems of high petroleum prices and climate change as promoters claim.

Big companies are rushing into biofuel production to capture the big subsidies, creating a powerful lobby to expand mandated use and boost subsidies still further. Unless governments reject these pressures and heed the urgent warnings, biofuels will rapidly worsen the food emergency.

http://www.globalpolicy.org/social-and-economic-policy/world-hunger/48424.html

admin answers:

Ethanol should be used for nothing besides corn liquor.
It feeds the government/corporate behemoth of agribusiness at the expense of farmers, the environment, gas prices, fuel efficiency and so much more.
It’s not even a cleaner fuel source, all in all.
The corporatists managed to trick the environmentalists into backing watered-down fuel with no benefit but higher profit margin for gov’t subsidized mega-corps.
Bad news all around.

Linda Your Questions About Biodiesel Prices

Linda asks…

Gas hit $3.65 per gallon today in WV…What is it going to take to make a significant change?

The price of gas is higher than I have ever seen it. I live in WV and I’ve never seen gas at $3.65 per gallon. I know there cannot be that big of a shortage or that much of a demand. In either case our freaking government could (at the very least) come up with a plan to ease the suffering of everyone who cannot continue to pay these outrageous prices. I know a lot of people will say..drive more efficient cars (hybrids), contact your legislator, make more money, whatever the H. Well that is not a long term solution or even a half way intelligent answer. So, how bad do you think it’s going to get before it gets better? Are we headed for another Great Depression? Me personally, I’m planning to get diesel cars and make my own biodiesel, but that’s not going to stop the rise in gas or the oil companies posting record profits. Just so we are clear, I do think Dubya Bush is making a crap load of money off the high price of gas/oil.

admin answers:

It will probably get worse before it ever gets better. You learn to cut your spending, shop more economical, try not to drive so much, etc. People riding the trains and buses to work here in the Dallas area has really gone up since the price of gas has increased. Personally, I started clipping coupons and really watching the ads from the grocery stores. Pretty much, I’m able to save enough money that it covers the cost of my gas. You do what you gotta do….

As a side note, my friend got gas for $3.17 the other day … Who would have ever thought $3.17 gas would be such a bargain?

Sharon Your Questions About Biodiesel Prices

Sharon asks…

Did you know about this?

“‘Most of the oilseeds are used for food here, so that puts biodiesel in an immediate disadvantage, price-wise,’ said Adams, the school’s director of the Faculty of Engineering Outreach Service. ‘But it’s an excellent fuel and burns very cleanly. And diesel engines are inherently more efficient than gas engines. It’s good for our country and our farmers.’

Those sentiments were expressed a generation ago by Carter, who ran the family peanut farm before being elected Georgia’s governor in 1970.

‘If our country had followed the policies he laid out then, we’d be far more advanced today in terms of energy independence,’ said Johnson. ‘President Carter gets to see part of his vision advanced by way of a biodiesel plant in Plains, Ga.’”

BIODIESEL IN THE UNITED STATES:
- 105 biodiesel plants are in operation
- 77 are being built
- 225 million gals. were blended in 2006
- An esitmated 65 million gals. annually will be added by 3 facilities being constructed in Georgia, by 2010
http://www.ajc.com/services/content/business/stories/2007/02/20/bizbiodiesel0220a.html?cxtype=rss&cxsvc=7&cxcat=6

admin answers:

Yeah, I heard about biodiesel fuels from my AP bio class back in high school. It sounds like a very cool idea because most restaurants will have biodiesel in bulk and some will even pay YOU to take away their stuff. To get a car running on this stuff requires a diesel engine and a relatively cheap converter in your car. Overall, I think it’s a pretty good idea but it would really suck to run out of fuel and you would have to go to a restaurant to get more fuel. Biodiesel does give us hope for the future when fossil fuels are going to be scarce, but at the moment, most people would prefer to convenience of gas stations that pump gasoline.

Your Questions About Biomass 2011

George Your Questions About Biomass 2011

George asks…

What do you think of this progressive plan to address issues in America?

Reform healthcare because alot of our budget is sucked into medicare costs.Legalize Pot because it was illegalized through stupid racist rhetoric in 1937,tax it, earmark it for education.Reform education with the hundreds of millions if not billions of new tax revenue
Utilize the hemp stalk (the plant which bears marijuana) that is grown for Biomass production for a new energy agenda – essentially bring the middle east into the mid west. Which means you have to overhaul the auto industry’s production and mandate new vehicles be biomass ready by year 2011 or 2012 (henry ford designed the model t with hemp oil fuel in foresight). Provide tax incentives for people to convert cars and fuel stations to offer both fossil and bio fuel (create competition for fuel- Biomass or Fossil). Make sure the biomass infrastructure is government regulated for 15-20 years, so its profitability could fund the infrastructure implementation of mass transit across the country (much like Europe’s system).

admin answers:

Well it is easy to say “reform healthcare” but how exactly would you do it and how would you pay for it?

Legalize pot and tax it. Ok by me. As long as whatever behavior you engage in to numb yourself doesn’t hurt me or infringe on my rights fine. But I would want to see stiff penalties for driving while stoned. Also, would the companies that grow it be open to being sued by cancer patients like big tobacco companies have been?

“Reform education”….again..what exactly do you mean? We have been throwing billions at education for years and we still lag behind other countries in test scores. But if taking the tax money from drug use could help educate kids so they realize drugs are a waste of time and unhealthy then hey…that would be cool….

Biomass fuel….we would have to convert alot( and I mean ALOT) of land over to agriculture production to meet the biomass demand. Here is a quote:

“Replacing only five percent of the nation’s diesel consumption with biodiesel would require diverting approximately 60 percent of today’s soy crops to biodiesel production,” says Matthew Brown, an energy consultant and former energy program director at the National Conference of State Legislatures. “That’s bad news for tofu lovers”.

Also the energy used to grow, harvest, process, and transport ends up making this not as enviromental friendly as it first looks. But we do need to end our dependence on fossil fuels….maybe technological advances will help make biomass much more eco-friendly.

Your Questions About Hydroelectric Power Cost

Charles Your Questions About Hydroelectric Power Cost

Charles asks…

Hydroelectric Power – what are the costs?

What are the costs of building and then running a large Hyrdroelectric dam? I need pretty detailed answers as I’m writing an A-Level report and really struggling on this point.

Basically, I need someone to tell me:
- the cost of building a large scale dam in a country like Canada.
- The running costs
- How long it would take to ‘pay for itself’
- How much electricity would cost to the consumer

If anyone can help here please do!

Thanks very much ^_^

admin answers:

For any large scale dam , in most of the world parts (of course in inaccessible mountaineous zones it would differ).

Is around 1.5-2 Billion USD $,
the running cost & the time it takes to cover , it depends over the price it’s sold for , but usually older hydro plants cost 4 cents / KW , add the profits & u can get the selling price & the covering time.
BTW nuclear plants produce more power for the same 1.5-2 Bil $ , but the small prob is about ecology.
The above answers are rough estimates , so use it & make ur sense with them

Sandy Your Questions About Hydroelectric Power Cost

Sandy asks…

the hydroelectric generator can supply upto 100 units of power per day at a constant marginal cost of 1 cent?

Per unit. the steam gen can supply any additional power that is needed at a constant marginal cost of 10 cents per unit. when electricty costs 10 cents per unit, demand is 200 units per day..
How much should govt charge for electric power????????????

admin answers:

Public utilities are generally regulated to marginal cost pricing, as long as it does not operate at a loss at that quantity of output. Here, the price of 10 cents will more than cover the marginal cost of the first 100 units and break even on all the rest of the units produced, so there are no losses. Therefore the price should be set equal to MC = 10 cents.

Ken Your Questions About Hydroelectric Power Cost

Ken asks…

how much does a hydroelectric dam cost to build?

In the large scale, large river, large power output.

admin answers:

The largest hydroelectric dam in the world is the three gorges dam in China.

“Officials report that the cost is within its US$25 billion budget and insisted early on that the project would pay for itself through electricity generation. However, the project is thought to have cost more than any other single construction project in modern China, with unofficial estimates of US$100 billion or more.”

Depending on who you believe, then, since the total capacity will reach 22,500 MW, it works out at around $1-4 million per MW of capacity. At 10c/KWh a dam will pay for itself in 10-40 thousand hours of peak operation, or 3 to 12 years given that less than peak operating is probably the norm.

George Your Questions About Hydroelectric Power Cost

Your Questions About Electric Carts

Betty Your Questions About Electric Carts

Betty asks…

How much do the electric carts for the handicapped cost approximately?

After church on Sunday, several co-workers and I had a few drinks and went to Target to drive the electric carts around the store and parking lot. The key is to slump over and look retarded or play with our nipples when an employee is looking. I think they know we aren’t disabled but don’t say anything in case they are wrong. Anyway we got a little too rowdy and started holding them while we did burnouts on the sidewalk. One of them broke(piece of junk) so I got in it and a friend of mine pushed it over a 2 foot curb and it nose dived and broke completely. Now those assholes are making me pay for it! How much do they usually run?

admin answers:

Why them stupid dummy’s, they should have put your butts in jail!!

Michael Your Questions About Electric Carts

Michael asks…

Are ordinary people allowed to use the handicap electric carts at Walmart?

Today my friends and I went to Walmart and one of my friends got on one of those handicap electric carts at Walmart. He wasn’t hurt or obese, and the workers didn’t say anything. Are people allowed to use them even if you have no physical problems.

admin answers:

Yes. How would they know you had a bad heart etc.

Of course if your ripping around cheering , they might restrict your use.

Carol Your Questions About Electric Carts

Carol asks…

How many of you park in handicapped spaces or ride electric carts and nothing is wrong with you?

Some of us do inconsiderate stuff consciously while others don’t think about that they are taking away from people who really need. Ex: Parking in Maternity/Handicapped spaces, riding electric shopping carts because they are lazy, using handicapped bathroom stalls/fitting rooms because they are bigger, etc.

admin answers:

I never do, on occasion I have used the bigger bathroom stall, but was out right away.

Your Questions About Biomass Pyramid

Chris Your Questions About Biomass Pyramid

Chris asks…

How is energy lost in a biomass pyramid?

admin answers:

Heat energy is lost to its surroundings (around you).
Also, animals lose energy through their faeces, movement and respiration as well for example.
That’s why it’s a pyramid shape because energy is lost after each stage.
Hope that helps!

Robert Your Questions About Biomass Pyramid

Robert asks…

What is a pyramid of biomass, pyramid of numbers and a pyramid of energy?

i really really need the answer right now! ASAP thanks

admin answers:

This is a very general model of the balance of energy in the environment, notice how like when your looking at say a pyramid of animals and plants, the plants are always at the bottom in the largest segment? That’s because that’s where the most mass and energy is. There are more plants and auto-trophs then any other organism on earth. As you go further up these pyramids, there is less and less energy available. For example the top of these pyramids often consists of upper epsilon or apex predators, on land lions tigers and bears(oh my) and in the ocean its sharks and some species of whales. There are far fewer total organisms here and therefore far less energy and mass at these levels then compared to lower levels.

John Your Questions About Biomass Pyramid

John asks…

Why does the biomass decrease in the food pyramid?

When organisms become larger as they move up the food pyramid why does the biomass become smaller and why does the energy decrease?

admin answers:

The law of thermodyanmic says that the mass can not be converted into energy or other mass with 100% efficiency. Part of it is lost as heat. As we move upwords of the food pyramid at each level part of availble nutrients is lost as energy need and heat.

Ponder on the following discussion :

Herbivores can increase biomass upto the near exhaustion of plant biomass. Here also loss of nutrients occur as energy needs and heat. Carnivores low in the food pyramid can increase the biomass upto the near exhuation of herbivores. Again loss is there. Thus at each level of food pyramid nutrients are lost as energy needs and heat.
This results in build up of sucessively less biomass as we move upwaord of the food pyramid.

Mark Your Questions About Biomass Pyramid

Mark asks…

What is the difference between a Pyramid of biomass and a pyramid of numbers which relates to ecosystems?

They’re related about data of animals of an ecosystem viewed as a pyramid… But can I get a simple explanation on how to remember the differences between them. plz n ty =D

admin answers:

Here’s the way to remember it: bigger animals need more energy to sustain them. That means that whatever they’re feeding on has to be more abundant than they are. The basic rule of energy conversion is that whatever you consume, you get to keep 10% of the energy it contains. The rest is excreted or secreted by your body. So if a lion wants to put on a pound of weight, it has to eat 10 pounds of zebra. If a zebra wants to put on a pound of weight, it has to eat 10 pounds of grass. Therefore, for every pound of lion, 100 pounds of grass must be consumed. This is the biomass pyramid.

The numbers are very similar. The closer to the bottom of the pyramid an animal or plant is (plants are producers and are generally at the very bottom of the pyramid with a few exceptions), the more numerous they may be. Because there is more below them to consume. Top predators are fewer because they are limited by their food sources.

Richard Your Questions About Biomass Pyramid

Richard asks…

How Do You Find The Energy,Biomass, and Numbers for a Ecological Pyramid?

“Pyramids of Energy, Biomass, and Numbers”
I don’t understand the 10% Law thing or how to find each information

admin answers:

An ecological pyramid is a graphic representation of an ecological parameter, like number of individuals present in various trophic levels of food chain with producers forming the base and top carnivores the tip.

Hope I helped =)

Lizzie Your Questions About Biomass Pyramid

Lizzie asks…

What is a biomass pyramid?

I have to do a project on the temperate grasslands and I have to include a biomass pyramid of that region but I don’t know what it is!!! Help!

admin answers:

Grasslands are very high in primary productivity. Lots of plants form the base. Then you have various types of herbivores (primary consumers), like antelope and giraffes. Above that, your secondary consumer and top of the pyramid will be a lion or a leopard.

Alternatively, you might have your plant producers, then crickets and other insects as primary consumers, then rats and similar animals as secondary consumers, and various birds of prey as your tertiary consumers at the top of the pyramid.

Nancy Your Questions About Biomass Pyramid

Nancy asks…

Describe the energy pyramid, the biomass pyramid and the pyramid of numbers?

admin answers:

Energy pyramid- energy comes from the sun, it grows many many plants, these plants feed a fewer number of grazing animals, these grazing animals then support an even fewer number of predatorial animals. Notice how there is fewer and fewer towards the top.

Steven Your Questions About Biomass Pyramid

Steven asks…

Why does a pyramid of biomass show a more accurate picture to a pyramid of numbers?

I understand why but I can’t word my answer correctly so can I just hear your definitions and how you would word it, thank youu

admin answers:

A period of biomass is more accurate because the pyramid will continually shrink as it rises from Producers to Primary Predators because the overall mass of the total group will continue to decrease. In a pyramid based on numbers, there could be an increase in the pyramid as it goes up because one group of plankton which eats photosynthetic plankton could be more numerous, but weigh less.

Your Questions About Hydroelectric Power Plants In The Us

Ruth Your Questions About Hydroelectric Power Plants In The Us

Ruth asks…

Do people REALLY believe that electricity comes from foreign oil?

Essentially no US electricity comes from foreign oil. ALMOST NONE. as in LESS THAN ONE PERCENT (<1%)

US power plants are:

Hydroelectric (No foreign oil, obviously)
Coal (No foreign oil, obviously)
Natural Gas (Natural gas in the US is 100% domestic)
Nuclear (No foreign oil, obviously)
Solar (No foreign oil, obviously)
Wind (No foreign oil, obviously)
Geothermal (No foreign oil, obviously)
Biofuel (No foreign oil, obviously)
and a little tiny bit of petroleum, SOME of which is foreign based during SOME of the year (based on domestic production of heating oil)

Do People really think solar etc will reduce our dependence on foreign oil when we don’t use foreign oil to produce electricity??
@SCOTTS

No

Says Reality

To my knowledge Fox hasn’t commented on the subject.

Please do point to a power plant that burns foreign oil.
@NAUTILUS

The question is about domestic electricity production and if “green” power plants will reduce dependency on foreign oil (Which they obviously will not)

Talking about the other things we are hooked on that involve oil is off topic and moot.
@ANDY

YOU….have been paying attention to the country

admin answers:

Yes because magically we will move to electric cars thus reduce are dependence on foreign oil. The bad thing is that these same people don’t want to build solar farms, will replace the lizards. Don’t want wind power, will kill the birds. Don’t want hydropower keeps the fish from reaching spawning zones. Don’t want coal because it’s dirty. Don’t want nuclear, just look at what is going on in Japan. I think I covered most of the major sources.

Helen Your Questions About Hydroelectric Power Plants In The Us

Helen asks…

What is so bad about isolationism?

We have our own oil (if greenies would let us harvest it).
We have enough coal to last for centuries.
Nukes and hydroelectric work (if greenies would let us build the power plants).
We can make our own steel.
We have enough manpower to be employed in factories.
We have farms.
We have lumber and carpenters.

What is so wrong with it?

admin answers:

Isolationism would be fine with me, but a lot of people are making big money from international trade. From a practical viewpoint it would be very hard to get enough support for isolationism. It would also be very difficult to enforce isolationist policies.
But it sure would be sweet!

I know the world is warming, you have to be very ignorant to disagree. But there is no one alive that knows why, this man made crap I just don’t buy sorry…. The world has been warming long before the start of fuels burning, granite it doesn’t help but I mean really you think this is the main reason???? The Desert areas have been expanding for the last 10,000 years according to history think they had 100,000sqf factories and big SUV’s then???
The fact is we don’t’ know crap when it comes to this issue we can only assume, The reason you see global warming pop up so much lately is I mean its hot it sells it makes money believe it or not! These guys doing all this research make money they don’t do it for free and as long as money is thrown to them by governments they will claim things that will bring it…. We are warming and to be honest not a person in this world can explain it.We are warming at a faster rate simply because we are losing more and more ice caps the more we lose the faster it moves. Open you freg. And test it it will stay cold for a while then the percent of warming will go up faster and faster as it loses its chill. I don’t even think its rocket science., just a Little logical thinking.
